Meet Michael Miller, UK coordinator of the SCALE project on behalf of Aspire-international at The Opportunity Centre (part of Aspire-igen Group). The Fourth Transnational Meeting of SCALE partners in Porto has now concluded. Today's agenda covered project management, financial reporting, quality assurance and dissemination.
We look forward to convening in Leuven, Belgium for our Final Meeting early next year! Day 1 of the SCALE Transnational Meeting in Porto has now come to an end!
Project partners discussed each Intellectual Output, feedback from piloting and stakeholder consultation as well as our work on other complementary projects. Spanish project partner Gestión Estratégica e Innovación held their third Stakeholder Consultation Meeting today.
This was a final opportunity to showcase the current version of our MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) before it is finalised and then translated into all partner languages, to allow for full-scale transnational piloting. UK project partners Aspire-international and IVE finally had chance to meet face-to-face today!
Our forthcoming Transnational Meeting will be an opportunity to reflect on our achievements so far and plan for the final stage of the project. SCALE project partners met this afternoon to discuss the logistics of Transnational Meeting 4 in Porto, as well as the progress of MOOC development.
The finalised English version of this teacher training course is on track to be completed by September! "Young people are more open to action and future-oriented in their demands" - interesting insights offered during this morning's online discussion 'Skills for the green transition: young adults for a circular economy', hosted by EPALE.
SCALE enables 12-17 year olds to discover more about green issues and generate creative solutions, alongside their peers. Watch the footage here. Project partners met this afternoon to discuss the progress of MOOC development, as well as brainstorming ways of disseminating to our direct target group, 12-17 year olds.
