The third and final UK Stakeholder Consultation Meeting has just taken place!
Co-hosted by The Opportunity Centre and IVE, this was an opportunity to engage with both teachers and policymakers, getting their feedback and guidance as we continue building our Digital Platform. Project partners met today to view the initial prototype of our Digital Platform and discuss piloting procedure.
We will be asking teachers to give their feedback on this, preliminary MOOC content, and translated Best Practice guides over the next month. Project partners met this afternoon to discuss the piloting of our Best Practices Guide, as well as the content and technical development of our online Platform.
We'll meet again shortly after Easter to discuss an exemplar first online module for teachers to train to deliver their very own Applied Creativity Lab! Project partners met this afternoon to discuss the translation of our Best Practices Guide and the development of our Digital Platform.
Transnational stakeholders will soon be invited to pilot these resources - keep an eye out for your invite! Project partners met this week for our third transnational meeting - we discussed the outcome of the second series of Stakeholder Consultation Meetings, as well as the progress of each output we are developing.
Piloting of our resources continues in March, so please get in touch if you'd like to get involved! Latvian project partner ATV hosted the final event in our second series of Stakeholder Consultation Meetings today!
ATV has successfully coordinated the creation of the Applied Creativity Labs Best Practice Implementation Guide, so was able to gain feedback from Latvian stakeholders on this resource in anticipation of partners' discussion at the Third Transnational Meeting held later this week. Portuguese project partner CM Lousada hosted the penultimate Stakeholder Consultation Meeting in this series today!
Attendees were able to offer guidance and insight as we finalise plans for the development of our Digital Platform - partners will be collating this feedback as part of next week's Transnational Project Meeting. Spanish project partner GEINNOVA hosted their second Stakeholder Consultation Meeting today. GEINNOVA is responsible for the technical development of the SCALE Digital Platform, so this online meeting was especially valuable in gaining input and expertise from local, regional and national stakeholders as they continue the build.
The initial prototype of the Platform will be ready to test in Spring 2022, so we look forward to beginning this official piloting phase! Bulgarian partner Institute Perspectives was lucky enough to be able to host their second national Stakeholder Consultation Meeting in-person today!
These events are being staged in all six SCALE partner countries and represent the co-creation methodology being implemented by the consortium. The meetings allow partners to provide project updates to educators and other experts within their country, as well as gain feedback which shapes the development of our suite of resources. |
