Project partners met in Belgium this week for our Fifth Transnational Meeting!
We discussed the finalisation of our four outputs, planning for Multiplier Events, as well as ways to sustain the project in the future. Project partners met online this morning to discuss the logistics of meeting in Brussels next month, as well as assessing piloting progress and planning for Multiplier Events.
UK project coordinator The Opportunity Centre and partner IVE met with representatives from Bulgarian organisation Institute Perspectives today to discuss the implementation of ACL (Applied Creativity Lab) piloting in Svishtov, taking place early next year!
Interesting insights offered during this morning's webinar on "Green Jobs, Sustainability & Healthy Approaches" hosted by the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion.
We heard from speakers from across Europe working on these themes - they are especially relevant to SCALE as the ACL methodology allows young people to consider their role in tackling climate change as well as future career options. Great to hear from guest speakers at this morning's online event focusing on "Creativity and culture for social cohesion", moderated by EPALE.
Experts discussed how arts and culture can play a key role in solving global challenges such as climate change, a major theme of our project! SCALE partners met this morning to discuss piloting strategy for our MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) - teachers train to deliver ACLs (Applied Creativity Labs) which enable their students to find solutions to climate change and other environmental issues.
